Lace #13

These are 2 of my favorite peices from Marc Jacobs's spring collections runway show. The 1st one is somewhat preppy and has those big "little kid" buttons and very fun and playful. It also has an adoreable little cropped cardi that goes with it. The 2nd one is very boho-chic with big stripes and sandals. I love the Marc Jacobs spring collection, bar one or two outfits. You should definitley check it out!

Lace # 12

my name is: AVA.
no copyingggggggggggggggggggg
Favorite color: Jewel tones for winter. Yellow for spring. But it honestly depends on my mood.
mineeeeee
Favorite Spring Collection: Balenciaga1 It was just really new. and fresh. I loved the knee high sandals and the great florals!
not yourss
Most timeless peice of clothing: A great pair of dark wash straight leg jeans. They are always flattering and go with almost anything, And maybe a great oversized cashmere cardigan. You can really wear caridgans year round.
go awayyyyyyyyy
Favorite perice of clothing you own: This great vintage 60's children's minidress, its just really fun. I get weird looks whenever i wear it somewhere, but i could really care less.
bye!!!!!!!!!!
Veiws on Hollicrombie and Uggs: Of course i don't like it. But i have just learned to let people wear what they want to wear. A lot of girls eventually get over it.
stop copying me!
Favorite Designer: Chanel by far. I know they go through up and downs (like the logo headbands. and the all denim collections) But a lot of the pieces are just so classic and beautifully made.
no plagerizing allowed on this blog
Favorite Stores: Vintage stores! I just love wearing time period pieces. And since i live in LA theres plenty of vintage stores. Like most Teenvogue girls, i love my AA and UO. I also really like Barneys. but its terribly expensive. I also enjoy going to flea makets, i've gotten some great inexpensive vintage jewlery there! Also, i'm a big online shopper, i really like shopbop.com, and also little independent sites i come across.
AA=the shit!
Favorite outfit: When i feel a little more conservitive: Black shift dress, tons of gold chains, black patternded wolford tights and flats. But a normal outfit would be: high waisted jeans tucked into a blouse, a leather jacket , tons of jewlery and flats. Maybe a headscarf if im having an old hollywood moment.
lalalala
Heels or Flats: Flats! I'm tall for my age. so i never really need to wear heels anyway
i <3>
Skirts or Dresses: Dresses! I'm going through a huge dress phase right now. They are also so easy to find!
Kate's blog-not yours
Black or White: Black, its just so classic and universally flattering.
blahblahblah
Favorite Accessorie (sp): My huge owl pendant. Without the chain its about 5 inches long! I found it at a flea market for $5, i get compliments on it wherever i go! Its a mix of colors, so it really brightens up any outfit! I really like to wear it with just a plain black shift.
lalalallalalala
Favorite Bag: If its one i own then its my grandmothers evening bag. It fastens with a key. Its quite lovely. But if i could have anything id want the Marc Jacobs stam.
asssssssssssdfgjhk

Chiffon #11

Daisy by Marc Jacobs
its my work...not yours
Another Dasiy by Marc Jacobs post....I love it so much! I was in Sephora recently and saw that they had the ring, body butter, shower gel, body lotion and perfume and I was sorely tempted to buy the ring, but I had to get a giftcard for a christmas present instead. The ring is filled with 0.02 oz of solid Daisy by Marc Jacobs perfume and everytime you open it, some of the scent fills your nose with happiness. You don't even have to wear the solid perfume if you are just happy smelling it like my friend S****. Otherwise, you can take some of the solid perfume out and put it on your wrists and the back of your ears. The body butter is 4.9 ounces and is an indulgence that makes your skin beautiful. It leaves skin silky-smooth and radiant. The shower gel is 5.1 ounces and creates a soothing, rich lather. It cleans the skin while also leaving you smelling like Daisy. The body lotion is 5.1 ounces and moisterizes your skin while also, leaving it smelling like dasiy. And of course.....the perfume! You can buy it in a 1.7 ounce jar or a 3.4 ounce jar. The container is beautiful and has dasiys at the top of it, while of course saying Dasiy by Marc Jacobs on it. The only downside to this fagrance is that it doesnt last for more than an hour or so. A trick is to take a small container (a perfume sampeler..etc) and fill it with Daisy and carry it with you so you can reapply.

II hope my post has inspired you to go out and smell Daisy!

Lace #10

jesus people....find your own inspiring pictures....

My new and improved inspiring picture. I usually just walk right past the pictures that are hanging next to my staircase but today I decided to take a look and a picture. I even love how the camera blurred the picture and out it in sepia. It gives it charactcter, you know?

I guess the picture is supposed to be some sort of flower or something like that.

Which inspired me to create this:

Chiffon #10

I couldn't figure out how to put the text up with out ruining the pictures so I was wise and I'm just putting the text in a new post. With more pictures! The 1st one is when my friend took off my skirt that she had tried on and it actually fell like that! My camera on color accent only picks up greens, yellows, and some blues and this is the inside of one of my coin purses. The wineglasses is just a random picture that I like and kind of lifts my mood. Enjoy!

Lace #8

The new girl of the week....Teddy! If you have ever been on the Teen Vouge boards, you'll know that she's on there regularly. "well, from the beginning i was ryanjarmanwearslipstick, then i was magicposition, then whatadivvy, then sicklikenancy, and now this!" (smothermemother).
do not stealllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

Favorite color: Forest green, but it keeps changing! I can never pick a favorite color.
byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Favorite Spring Collection: My favorite spring collection would have to be by Christopher Kane. Its amazing. I really like the lace mixed with the sequins, and the menswear silhouette. Its a very young look, and shows exactly my favorite look. Femme with a hint of Masculinity.
go away plagerizers
Most timeless peice of clothing: An oversized cardigan. You can never go wrong with one. Its wearable throughout all the seasons, wether you wear it buttoned up, and as a dress with tights and heels. Or just with a simple frock.
im watchingggg
Favorite peice of clothing you own: My favorite piece of clothing would have to be my high waisted jeans. I love them dearly. they've been through alot of wear and tear, but they flatter me so well. Most people are against this style, but its lovely and very feminine if you wear it right.
still watchinggggggg
Views on Hollicrombie and Uggs: Ugh. I can barely stand this trend among teenage girls. Its very unflattering and trashy. It doesnt make them look any prettier. Many girls at my school wear clothes like this, and some of them are very pretty girls, and they wear this junk and takes away from it all.
dont think you can get past me :)
Favorite Designer: Well, I would have to say my fave designer is the darling Miss Gabrielle Bonheur Chanel. She made gorgeous, classic designs. And the splash of menswear is to die for. Im very happy to see that these elements that she incorporated are still being used today.
im running out of things to say
Favorite Stores: Vintage stores! I love them more than any other store. I can always find something cool and unique, and still be fashionable and chic. (Haha i rhymed) Of course I still shop at Urban Outfitters and American Apparel. I like Urban to shop for jeans and cardigans, and pretty feminine blouses. And maybe the ocassional accessory. And I LOVE American Apparel for basics. Very classic and pretty. AND colourful. I can always whip together a plain but amazing outfit from there.
i seeee you
Favorite outfit: My favorite outfit would have to be my red geek glasses, a creme sequined and fringed flapper dress and some riding boots or my heeled oxfords. I love the 20's era. It inspired more than half of my wardrobe.
dont worry plagerizers....this is our little secret......BUT GO AWAY!!!!!!
Heels or Flats: Oh. Thats at toughie. But I'm gonna have to go with heels. They're very innovative and classic. I would always to suggest going with a worn satin heel. Very femme and cute.
HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU????
Skirts or Dresses: Skirts! You can wear any thing with these. You can go casual with a plain t-shirt, or dressey with a feminine blouse. But i do love dresses with a boyish silhouette.
NO STEALING!!!!!!!!!!
Black or White: Black. It can be oh so classic, but chic and turned into something beautiful, with something like gold jewelery and pearls.
how do you spell acessorie?
Favorite Accessorie (sp): My fave accessory would have to be my giant framed red geek glasses. I do have to have a prescription for them, but they are so amazing. It really puts a twist on my outfits, and makes my face a whole lot brighter.
:-0
Favorite Bag: Well, I would have to say it is my black rounded clutch with gold hardwear. Very classic, and basic, and very Chanel inspired.

Well thank you Teddy! Ladies and Gentelmen....this is one fashionista. I thought this little survey was going to take five minutes but it took her almost an hour to fill out, and hopefully all those aberzombies out there will read this and be inspired.

Pictures coming up tomorrow.
